Hi Richard,

There are job announcements every so often on edlug, but I never bother
that much reading them so I can't give you any indication of how many of
them involve perl. edlug would possibly be worth signing up to and
asking what you've asked here.

The edinburgh.pm group do meet up from time to time, but to date are
certainly not as active as any of the bigger groups like London or
Seattle.

Beyond the usual online jobsites I don't have any leads. Good luck.
