[DFW.pm] The Perl Job Market in Dallas

I've been having a difficult time trying to hire well-qualified Perl 
Developers for my team in Dallas.  We've seen a few good resumes but the 
candidate takes another job before we get an interview.

What's the deal?  Am I doing something wrong or is Perl such a niche in 
Dallas that there are more jobs than developers?

Just curious about other's experiences.
