[Chicago-talk] code bounties?

There used to be a fixed price feature on odesk.com where you could post
your requirements and accept proposals to complete the work for a single
price. I don't know how many developers using the system are proficient in
Perl though.

BTW, the entire 'bounty for a good solution' concept is really catching on
-- look at innocentive.com to see how large corporations offer bounties for
solutions to scientific problems.
