The Chicago Perl community is more than just who will attend which  
meeting.  What about questions people have about Perl?  Organizing  
events like YAPC?  etc etc etc?  If Chicago.PM was nothing more than  
meetings, sure, it would make sense.  But it's not, and it doesn't.
