[Chicago-talk] perl pretty-printing tools?

Ooh! It was easier to find than I'd feared. I remembered I'd posted it
to perlmonks long ago.

Requires ppm format images. There's at least one other post on there
from someone else that had divised a similar program, for a similar
reason.
