Hello!

I'm relatively new to the area and I was wondering if anybody else is
interested in meetups (either virtually or in person). I moved to
Maryland from Texas about 2 years ago, but now I'm settling in the area
between Baltimore and DC.

I have been pretty active with Houston.pm in the past (both in person
and virtually) and since moving have also participated with DC.pm (only
virtually so far). I also just gave a talk at TPRC in Toronto:

While I was at the conference, a fellow monger mentioned
<https://dcbpw.org/>, so I was also wondering about that.

Would love to get to know people in the area!

Cheers,
- Zaki Mughal

Zaki! I moved to Columbia MD a year ago. How is it possible that we moved
to the same area of the country?? So cool!

I would be game for attending a meetup, but I don't have the tuits to
organize anything right now. Anybody else interested in organizing?

David

Hi David! That's amazing!

You'll notice I referenced your PDL talk in mine!

I'm willing to help organize. I'm new so I don't want to step on
anyone's toes. I believe Dawn Wallis was organizing previously, but I
have not gotten in contact with anybody in the Baltimore area yet. I
also have no idea what kind of venues are available.

Cheers,
- Zaki Mughal
