APM: hardware recycling for lower-income families?

Awhile back, somebody posted a link to a charity that builds up computers 
for lower-income families.  Could somebody kindly re-post the URL?  I have 
some working monitors that I saved from the scrap pile and a co-worker has 
some spare HD's that he'd like to put to good use.
