APM: Perl Monger T-Shirt Order

We forgot to take a poll at meeting this week on who might want to buy 
a perl monger t-shirt. Wayne posted about this on July 8. I know he is 
out of town the next couple of days. But let me know who wants a tshirt 
and I'll compile a list.

August 8 is order date, so we need a final list of names by say July 25 
and money by August 1 (cash in advance). They'll ship them to APM, and 
we'll distribute at meeting.
