APM: CommerceSQL Shopping Cart?

I have a client who wants to use the CommerceSQL Shopping Cart
(http://www.commercesql.com/) on their site for various reasons.

Anyone have any experience with it, or more importantly heard anything bad
security or management wise? Looks easy to install, but didn't know if
anyone had any experience with it that could comment.
