FWIW, Cologne.pm rarely has more than 4 or 5 people at any single
meeting, although there are probably about thrice as many that
show up at least occasionally, at least another 5 or 6 that have
shown up just once or twice (in some 4 years).

Since you don’t have that sort of membership buffer, you would
all have to show up at (almost) every meeting; but if you’re all
interested enough for that, then 4 is quite enough to make a
crowd. You might want to be flexible about meeting appointments
if you are so few… although be careful in that case, because it
makes it easy to let far too much time pass between meetings.

Btw, the photo on athens.pm.org from the meeting with Larry shows
18 participants. I wonder where they all went?
