arrival dinner idea

If we renamed the Anti-Arrival Dinner to the Alt Arrival Dinner, then we'll
have to rename the Arrival Dinner to the Anti-Alt Arrival Dinner.

Seriously, the meaning of the dinners was absolutely clear the first time I
came to YAPC.  And also Mongolian sounds good for me too.
