When asking the shirt vendor about purchasing an extra shirt they offered a business card.  Here’s their information:

They mentioned that attendees could order the YAPC shirts via e-mail (and that the YAPC shirts wouldn’t be listed on their web site).  If you missed it at conference, they have two unique YAPC designs, and offered shirt fabric in either black or white.
