[yapc] Missing subcribers

I strongly support sending all registered attendees an email saying that this 
list exists, such as a list invite.  Or alternately an auto-subscription, which 
they can always then choose to un-subscribe from.

It is much more important that everyone is informed than some worry about spam.

But something has to be done by email, and it has to be done now, to best 
salvage the situation.
