[yapc] How do I cancel a registration?

I sent some mail to help-na at yapc.org back on June 6, but I never got  
a response.

I've changed jobs, but my registration was paid for with my old  
employer's corporate card and keyed to my email address at my old  
employer.  Is there any way to cancel my registration and possibly  
get back some small fraction of my registration fee?
