Kurban,

You bring up a good point, albeit indirectly.  That is, how is it that 
we have failed to effectively "reach" you (and no doubt thousands of 
others) before now?

So far, our get-the-word-out strategy has involved emailing:

    * all *.pm.org mailing list (i.e. Perl Monger groups) across
      North America, many internationally

    * most *LUG (i.e. Linux user groups) across North America

    * all Perl mailing lists mentioned on the various *.perl.org and
      *.perl.com web sites

If anyone has suggestions of more we can do, please let me know!  I'd 
like to find more ways for Gerard to let the Perl world know what's 
going on here in Toronto in June.
