As long as you don't say anything about Elian in Hialeah, you'll be fine, ;)
I can't really think of much of interest in Hialeah, though.
It's just a big suburb.
I second the motion of checking out sobe, though.
Many nice places and plenty with Cuban fare.(e.g. Lincoln Rd)
(All the models walking around are just a bonus, ;)
