[Van-pm] Convert MS Access form to Perl Web App?

Hello,

I have MS Access app http://colonymanagement.jax.org/ for mouse colony
management. I have already converted the MS access database to MySQL
database, the mouse colony MS Access app could link to MySQL database and
works fine.

I would like to also convert the MS Access app form to web based Perl app,
Has anyone done such migration before? Is there any current Perl web frame
work I can start on?
