[Van-pm] Changing Perl Mongers Date & Time

I think we should vote on the day/time change. More people have been
attending the meetings recently than ever before, so I wouldn't want to
change the date or time and end up with less attendance. If everyone could
just list which days they would prefer, as well as those which they would
definitely not be able to attend, then maybe we can determine whether or not
to change the date.
