[Van-pm] Changing Perl Mongers Date & Time

Hello everyone!

There has been some interest expressed in changing the date & time for Perl
mongers meetings.

If you have strong feelings about this, please send me an email specifying
the weekday that would work best for you and whether you would prefer a 6pm
or 7pm meeting.
