[Van-pm] Changing Perl Mongers Date & Time

I have strong feelings against Thursday, for the summer at least, but most
likely into the fall as well. Also, as someone who works downtown but lives
a bit further away, I'd prefer a 6 (or 6:30 even) meeting time.
