[tpm] January meeting cancelled

Hi All,

Because our speaker for this month's meeting cancelled, because I was
unable to get another speaker, and since I know two of the four folks who
RSVP'd would be calling in, I've decided to cancel this month's meeting --
I apologize for the short notice.

I have one talk lined up for February, and may have a second. See you
February 22 instead. Thanks!
