SPUG: New tsar for SPUG, and upcoming meeting(s)

Yeah, I want to hear about how to use Perl in the cloud. I've got a job in
that area and I haven't seen a lot of perl in the cases I've taken over the
last 18 months. I think there is a lot to say about perl in a world where
compute resources are so readily available, how storage can be replicated
across the whole world with the call of a library function. I know a bit
about issuing http requests with perl. And that's all that these API calls
are, http endpoints. What libraries have been built to issue these
commands, and if they haven't, what do we do to get on that train?
