I love that you're looking out for the state of the business within the
State!!!  Go gadfly.

It's not entirely about the code, is it?

As Open Source advocates, one of our community's shared values is the
relationships between every *corpus* in the system, be they birthed
_corporeal_ humans or registered _corporate_ businesses.  Your offer to
share WA State business insights sounds like an Open Source (and SPUG) issue
to me, but not enough to fill a meeting.  Perhaps it could be a slot in a
multi-slot meeting.
