SPUG: mod_perl web hosting

Checkout http://positivefusion.com  They have knowledgeable, responsive and 
helpful tech support and monitored but not crippled SSH2 shell access.  One 
time they recompiled Apache on my shared host server to accommodate some 
specific mod_perl features I needed.  Can't get much better than that!
