Eh, I'm trying to stick to Debian Stable, and threads ain't
there, naturally.

In almost all of what I'm going to be doing in the next
few weeks, it's going to be doing fork/exec anyway to call
ssh, so I wouldn't get much out of threads vs fork regardless.
