SPUG: Short Contract/Consult on Apache/ModPerl-Postgres App

We are using a trouble ticket system (www.otrs.org) based on Apache-Mod-Perl
with a Postgres database.  And it is grinding on a postgres process with
simple actions on the interface.  15 and more seconds times on screen changes.

We are using CSW (www.blastwave.org) Perl Apache on Solaris 9 with 7.3.4
Postgres.

If you have ideas/interest/experience, I will be at the meeting Tuesday night.
We can come to terms then.  Additional work comming up.
