Or too busy!!!  I almost killed myself because I was too busy
organizing a jump load.  (This was jump number 330; I was no rookie.)
I spent time getting all the members of our group loaded on the plane.
The deadline gave me tunnel vision and I didn't get a gear check (say
"peer review").  I'd routed my leg straps incorrectly.  Almost fell
out of a perfectly good harness and parachute on opening.  I was saved
by some luckily placed elastic bands!!!  Said a humble prayer of
thanks, drank one of the best beers of my life, left the boogie
(skydiving "conference"), and didn't jump for another 9 years, though
mainly due to other life changes.

Cowabunga, dude!!!
