Just talked to my new boss (also a Perl weenie) and he's interested, so 
I'll be there along with one more.

BTW: Is it on the S or the E corner? The way Union and Academy meet there, 
they are at angles, so the corners are more to the N, S, E and W. The 
MapQuest star is right in the middle of Academy, so it's hard to tell 
which side of the road it's on.
