[pgh-pm] Moving to Pittsburgh: help me find an apartment!

Pittsburgh Perlers:

I'm about to move to your fair city, from New York.  I'm therefore
looking for an apartment.

I need a one-bedroom within walking distance or bus ride of the Strip
District, ideally for about $500.  And the lease needs to be
month-to-month or otherwise flexible.

Might anyone have any suggestions?  :-)
