[Perth-pm] Perl Activity in Perth

I'm not quite ready to give up on Perl :).

Also, the group can still act as a place for making connections - there
still seem to be some lurkers here.

However, perhaps the PM page could be updated to say that no meetings are
currently scheduled :).

Unless, that is, we do want a meetup.
