These are the subjects I could do with an in depth look at:

1. Using the fork and exec model for network applications.
2. Typeglobs and when to use them.
3. Uses for eval. 
4. Ways to give your Perl programs persistence.
5. A good treatment of Tie (could be included in #5).
6. Advanced Object Oriented Perl concepts (closures, AUTOLOAD,
inheritance, etc.).
7. Writing Perl extensions (especially h2xs).
