Hi Joey.

.Net is Microsoft's latest API, from what I gather (I'm not a Windows system
person).

No, these aren't things you can do from the command line.

I have no idea about Perl on Windows (I've heard the packages you're
mentioning, but that's about all).

That said, the .Nyet method you want to call, can you do it from a DOS
prompt? If so, can't you simply do 'system "some DOS command here"' with
Perl?
