LPM: perl 5.6 released

I've been watching P5P for a while, and there are still a lot of bug
reports going by. I expect that I will wait for at least another release
before I put it on anything other than my second machine at work.

For the Windows users, ActiveState has a 5.6 also, but I've not tried
that yet.
