[pm-h] June Technical Meeting

We will need to delay the Houston.pm June Technical meeting by a week.

YAPC::NA has been moved earlier than usual this year, so that it
overlaps our normal second Thursday meeting time. Since I'm aware of a
substantial number of the people that normally attend our meetings will
actually be at YAPC.

I apologize for any confusion that this change may cause.
