Hi Chris,

Sorry to mess you about, but we've been talking about this and Gill has 
reminded me that we're a bit busier this year than we usually are and 
we're no longer free on the 2nd.

I was wondering if anyone was free on Friday 27th. As I said in my 
previous email, we'll be able to be out and about by about 9pm.

I realise that's the day after your usual meeting and you might all be 
sick of each other :-) But if you can't make that night, then we'll 
probably have to leave it until next year.
