Somehow the following generates many errors when I think about it:

$new_job = $recruiter{"good job quick"}
$new_job = $recruiter{"good job"}
$new_job = $recruiter{"quick, job"}
$new_job = $recruiter{"any job"}

Can you tell that recruiters haven't done that well for me? ;-)
