Yes definitely. Decide early on what type of meeting it is and drum up
victi..speakers. Or a topic for discussion. Or board games. Or a coffee
house. Whatever, just have it so that everyone knows.

See above :) I like Jelly, but if we're going to have no talksi, or the
like, then Roast or somewhere like it is a better choice.

Seems to make sense. This of course means that we should sort out next
month now.

I suggest that we need a meeting wrangler. Someone who can chase
everyone else to get things sorted and who'll say "next month is a
social meeting" if no decision has been made. Possibly a different
person each month so that no-one gets to annoyed by it all.
