date and time and venue

Ok all.

After last night's storming meeting, we need to decide on a time and a place for the next one. And get it sorted soon, so there is no excuse for 'I can't go then as I have to wash my hair[1]' etcetc.

We should be thinking towards the middle/end of November. Christmas party season, so all suggestions welcome!

My opening gambit would be Monday 20th Nov.
