The address is 19-21 Alfred Street. Directly opposite St. Malachy's. Behind City Hall.

Beyond that, I will leave it to someone who actually lives in the city to give better directions, as I know not the names of the surrounding streets. Except I think maybe Alfred Street is off May Street?
