YAPC in India. I just noticed that this email was from three months
ago! I apologize for the delay in response.

You'll want to get started by taking a look at
http://yapc.org/workshops.html. There you will see the basics of what
is involved in hosting, as well as, the different levels of support
that the Perl Foundation provides. Take a look at that and let me know
what you have in mind and we can work from there.
