Sounds like a tool I used to use under NT myself:  The Programmer's Editor.
Might it be the same tool?  'Twas a long time ago.  These days, the only
reason why I touch NT would be for Delphi or VB.  Delphi's editor isn't vi,
<sniff> but it has other neat features.

On that note, don't forget a good Unix utility, a2ps.  This little app does
pretty pretting and such for just about every language you can imagine, and has
more configurable options than you can shake a stick at.  For those of you
using apsfilter for printing, you probably already have it, since apsfilter
uses it to print ASCII files. . .
