Little America - Motel Courtside Queen Room

Hi,

now that the Master classes are listed

it was time for me to look for a place to stay during YAPC::NA.

The link from http://www.yapcna.org/yn2015/location.html that leads to the
hotel reservation indicates rooms starting at $169 but if I remove the
special code for the perl conference it also offers a room for $108.  (Or
if I use http://booking.com/ )
It is a much better price and as far as I can tell the only difference is
that this one does not include a hair dryer.

Am I missing some other differences that would explain the price difference
and that would make this room much less attractive than the ones in the
tower?
