new list for chat?

Karen,

I was already planning on creating a mailing list this week on yapcna.org. It will be populated from this list and be announce only (no replys). New registrants for yapc 2014 will be added to the announce list only. 

yapc at pm.org is a very old mailing list. As far as we can tell, it was only ever used for YAPC::NA. It will remain / become the chat mailing list. The list now has a moderator and inappropriate conversations will be curbed. It is up to Genehack if shark discussions fall under that.
