I hadn't seen that before.  But it looks like most of their rules are based on Perl Best Practices and Perl::Critic.  I'm not doing a presentation on Perl::Critic this year, but I wouldn't mind pulling together a BOF session on Perl::Critic (in general) and security issues (in particular).
