[yapc] banquet/auction

hi all you exhausted yapc'ers!

just to remind you tonight is the banquet and auction. it will be held
in the basement of the conference building. there will be free bowling
(not blowing!! :), and other games. i will take on anyone at air hockey
(assuming i get away from my other duties).

remember to take your red ticket (the white ticket is for the unloading
zone only!) for your free beer (as in free beer!). i request (nay, order
as i AM the socialist czar!) to imbibe this free beer before the auction
and as many more as you can handle. we need to loosen your pursestrings
and weaken your will to resist buying all those loverly items for
sale. there will be a silent auction as usual (no speaking!). there will
be the usual shirts and books and some surprises too!
