The BOFs tend to get organized via the wiki.  There some rooms at the
conference site where some of them were held.  The building itself it
pretty spacious so some of them were just held in the hallways.  I
think there was also something to announce BOFs up by the registration
table.

If there are BOFs you're particularly interested in, you don't need to
worry about missing them.  Things will start to come together more
once people arrive and get a feel for the space.
