[yapc] banquet menu and choices

Since Uri says time is running out, I'm not waiting for my banquet guest to
weigh in:

A TASTE OF ITALY BUFFET
  Pasta: uri++
  Sauces: (!meat)++
  Meat: grilled chicken strips

SOUTHERN BUFFET
  Entrees: BBQ Chicken, Fried Catfish Nuggets
  Accompaniments: Red Beans & Rice, Baked Beans, Corn Cobettes

... and that looks like all the choices that are voteable.
