I can eat anything.  I spent four years in the US Army, then went to 
work (and eat) inside a county prison for two years.  Whatever you've 
got that won't move off the plate on its own is fine by me.  Although 
also a former professional cook and therefore a nominal gourmet, I 
still savor the distinct pleasure of food that wasn't cooked by 
someone sporting green or orange and a surly attitude.  :)
