[yapc] CTA Travel Questions; Arrival at IIT

1.  Has the CTA finished all that construction on the Blue Line  
leading to O'Hare?  (I recall transfer to a bus when I was in Chicago  
for the Hackathon last December.)

2.  When I arrive next Sunday, I need to first get my dorm room, then  
go to early registration.
a.  Will dorm check-in be in the dorms we are using?  (Or is there  
some central housing office where we have to go to first?)
b.  Where will early registration be, and during what hours?
