[yapc] 8:15? WTF?

I just noticed that YAPC is starting way earlier this year, with most 
talks starting at 8:15 instead of the traditional 9AM.

I really hope that this is an ill-fated experiment for this year, never to 
happen again. I've been to one other conference that started this early, 
and it really was a problem, both because of lack of sleep, and because it 
just made the days too darn long.
